Cancellations & Absences

          

1. No refunds, credits or make-up classes will be arranged for unexcused absences without prior written notice. 

2. For absence due to illness, please notify Saber Tutoirng before the scheduled class time at the earliest convenience . A doctor's note shall be provided in order to be eligible for a make-up class.

3. If the student's absence is due to personal reasons, a 7-day prior written notice should be provided to Saber Tutoring in order to be eligible for a make-up class.

4. Make-up claases cannot be accumulated to offset the tuition fees fro he following moth and a maximum of 1 make-up may be made per month.

5. Once a make-up class has been confirmed, no further changes are allowed or the class will be forfeited.

6. Make-up classes will not be arranged for discounted classes/courses.
