Refund Policy

 

1. Saber Tutoring reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrolment. If no alternative class option is available, a refund will be issued.

2. On premature cessation of a course, all fees and charges that have been collected in respect of any part of the course failing to be conducted on or after the date of the cessation will be refunded within one month of the premature cessation.

3. Refund requests must be submitted to Saber Tutoring in wrriten form by parents/guardiance.

4. All refunds will be processed via cheques within 14 working days of approval and validation of refund request.
